1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SafeDigits (safedigits.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SafeDigits provides virtual phone numbers for OTP verification purposes. Numbers can receive verification codes repeatedly for the same service during their active period (up to ~60 days) on supported messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SafeDigits for illegal activities, fraud, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are in USD (virtual numbers) or IDR (subscriptions via QRIS). Refunds are issued automatically when OTP codes are not received within the timeout period. No manual refund requests are needed for failed verifications.
5. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows are announced via Telegram. Stock availability varies by country and demand.
