We collect: Telegram user ID and display name (for Telegram login), email address (for email login), transaction history, and IP addresses for security purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: provide the virtual number service, process payments, prevent fraud, and send service notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all communications, bcrypt for password hashing, and Fernet symmetric encryption for sensitive tokens. Database access is restricted to authorized services only.
4. Data Retention
Transaction records are retained for 90 days for dispute resolution. Completed deposit records older than 30 days are archived to encrypted cloud storage (Backblaze B2) and removed from the active database.
