Automatic Refunds

If an OTP code is not received within the timeout period (typically 5 minutes), you can cancel the order and your balance is refunded automatically and instantly. No manual request is needed.

How to Cancel and Get a Refund

  1. Go to your active order in the dashboard or bot
  2. Click "Cancel & Refund" button
  3. Your balance is restored immediately (within 1 second)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders where the OTP code was successfully received
  • Membership subscription fees (non-refundable after activation)
  • Reuse fees ($0.035 USD) once the reuse session has started

Deposit Refunds

QRIS deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account balance. Balance can only be used within the platform for purchasing virtual numbers.
